  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

MNU Multi Mart operates through a dropshipping model, partnering with trusted local and international suppliers.
Delivery times may vary depending on product type and origin.

  • Local Products (Within Pakistan): 3–7 business days

  • International Products: 10–25 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, or courier issues).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products or promotional offers.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on the supplier’s location and product weight/size.

  • Any applicable customs or import duties (for international shipments) will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment status using our Order Tracking Page or the courier’s official website.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time:

  • First, check the tracking information for any updates.

  • Contact our Customer Support Team at support@mnumultimart.com with your order number, and we’ll help you resolve the issue promptly.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, MNU Multi Mart cannot guarantee delivery or refunds for lost packages due to incorrect details.

7. Pre-Order / Custom Products

Some items may be made-to-order or pre-ordered. These may require additional processing time before shipment. Details will be mentioned on the product page.
